Step 4- Using two fingers of one hand, smooth your skin while pressing the patch with the fingers of your other hand. Be sure there is no crease under the patch.
Step 5- Hold in place until patch adheres. Apply another patch being sure the patches overlap until you cover the entire line and isolate the muscles that create movement. In most cases the patches need to be much larger that the crease both in width and height.
Step 6- Leave on for a minimum of three hours, but preferably overnight.
Step 7- To remove, thoroughly soak patches to release adhesive. Note: the patch should slide off your skin without pulling or it is not wet enough. These should feel easy to remove or the patch is not wet enough.
