PU Catalyst is a highly efficient reaction activator for polyurethane-based products. It is used to accelerate the hardening reaction of polyurethane products used in the leveling or topping of a surface. This is especially useful when scheduling of the installation must be shortened due to rapid repairs, the need to open the surface to traffic sooner, cool weather or other issues. The PU Catalyst formula is very versatile and is recommended for use in MAPEI Marine's polyurethane-based Mapedeck products.

WHERE TO USE PU
Catalyst is a highly-efficient reaction activator for polyurethane systems such as Mapefloor PU 400 and Mapefloor PU 410, particularly recommended for use when the hardening reaction of products is required to speed up installation operations. It can be used with other polyurethane resins from the Mapefloor range of product to accelerate their hardening times for small repair of surface damages.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Add 0.5-1.5% by weight of PU Catalyst on the total weight of polyurethane formulate (A+B) to be used, e.g. Mapefloor PU 400 or Mapefloor PU 410, according to the hardening acceleration required considering the ambient and substrate temperature, conditions, etc.
0.5-1.5% of the total weight of polyurethane formulate (A+B) used.
PU Catalyst is available in 5 kg drums.
PU Catalyst can be stored for up to 12 months in a dry place in its original packaging.
